Reading Month

December was reading month for the elementary students. The theme this year was our heritage, with the focus on the Netherlands. The students boosted their reading in many creative ways that were suggested on a bingo sheet. Many crafts, stories, and activities were done to learn about the Dutch heritage! An adorable Dutch village was set up in the elementary hallway with artifacts in the cultural shops. Fun was had by all!
