General Rental Rules

• No Saturday evening rentals. Saturday rentals must be out by 6:00pm.

• The gym will not be available before 3:15 on school days.  Exceptions are not likely due to school use, but you may check with the school office.

• Except for one volleyball net, no school PE equipment will be given.

• Only elementary restrooms will be available.

• Classrooms are not available to be used for wedding party dressing.

• Music, activities, attire and speakers (master of ceremony, etc) must be in line with NRC standards.

Before Leaving

• Renters are responsible for putting everything away (tables, chairs, etc).

• Gym and kitchen will be neat and clean when leaving.

• Any litter outside the building must also be picked up.

• Janitor will take care of the floors.   

• Any expense from anything damaged or broken will be paid for by the renter.

Additional Notes for use of Kitchen:

•  Keep in mind that the kitchen is not a place for children. Countertops are not to be walked on, carts are not to be used as rides, etc.. 

• Only use sanitizers if you are familiar with their operating procedure.

Before leaving:

• Check that all oven switches are turned off.

• Turn ceiling fan off when leaving.

• Counters should be wiped clean.

• Ovens, fridges and coolers should be cleaned out if something is spilled in them.

• Food should be removed from garbage disposal and sanitizers cleaned and drained if they were used.

• Garbage can stay in garbage cans.
