The pickup and drop-off of student work materials is set to take place Wednesday morning. Plan on mid to late morning unless a teacher is delivering.
Please set out or hang your materials to be picked up in a dry but noticeable area (i.e. a box in the garage). Our deliverers will be following personal protection protocols.
To utilize an abundance of caution you should wash your hands after handling the material and wait 24 hours before opening it up.
The packet includes three days of learning to be completed by next Wednesday.
Parent teacher conferences will be handled over the phone.
JUNIOR HIGH and HIGH SCHOOL: You may call the 7-12 teachers through Thursday night. Contact number lists for junior high and high school teachers will be sent home with the homework.
ELEMENTARY: We emailed out the K-6 schedule and included Wednesday afternoon as an additional conference time. At a minimum, please add the number you wished to be called at your scheduled conference time. We ask to limit the calls to 15 minutes.
Call the school if you would like the secretaries to help out with that schedule.
Friday is considered a day off.
FROZEN FOOD and PUFFINS!
The frozen food pickup is still taking place THURSDAY, March 26. The pick up time is from 10:00am to 8:00pm at the trailer in the school parking lot.
This will be done drive- by style. The school is closed to visitors.
PLEASE pick up your food on Thursday. If you can not make it yourself please have someone pick it up for you! It is on a trailer that needs to go back to its owner by Friday. Also if you know of anyone that ordered and is not on school family reach please let them know! Any questions please call call Linda at 712-540-9986.
Thank you to Te Slaa trucking and Rus trucking for their willingness to let us use their reefers, and Hoogendoorn Construction for the steps!
